I’ve been using CachyOS for about a month now with no problems. Very fast and easy distro based on Arch, so it’s “bleeding edge.” I haven’t needed to, but be prepared to tinker if an update goes south. I came from Bazzite and liked that well enough too, but I wanted better access to some softwares.

Cachy is preloaded with Paru. Is yay the better option?

I’ve been holding off on upgrading my work computer to W11 for as long as I can. It’s already slow as shit with all the MS bloat (along with another required spyware program we have installed for one of our vendors), I can only imagine 11 will make that much worse.
