It is! Shop owner was very quick and helpful to respond with my inquiry on dimensions. Seems they actually pulled out the calipers just for me too! Guess they didn’t have the number on hand

Just saying I think aesthetically it would go well with something like flannel and boots rather than a nice buttonup or something. Just trying to envision what kind of normal outfit it would not clash with.
