Someone posted about Darvin Ham and how he does make adjustments. Okay. Adjustments don’t matter if the execution doesn’t contribute to wins.
Wood on 3’s takes him off the weak side. He’s the 2nd best rebounder after AD. His weak side defense was also pretty crucial last night.
I have no idea why y’all are obsessed with having a near 40 year old Bron playing the 4 and being there to clean up weak side rebounds and defense. Bron isn’t the weak side answer when AD is on the perimeter.
Can’t rely on Bron for weak side defense either. Especially when AD is taken out of the paint. I’ve said this a thousand times. I’d rather LeBron guard 3s than for him to be the weak side defender/rebounder at the 4.
C Wood is what we wanted Kuz to be
AD out scored the Suns in the 4th quarter by himself. And he helped clamp KD. He took over as the 1 tonight.
87… Jesus. 04 for me and it feels like forever.
Hot take, but I prefer the guard defense we used to have over the Wing defense we have now. Maybe I’ll change my mind when Vanderbilt comes back. But our KCP, AB, Caruso back court was more impactful
Dame shot 17 free throws today. I bet our whole team shoots less than that today
I like how well he interrupted the Jokic/Murray hand off screen. He got some pretty good contests on those. Lakers had a lot of trouble getting under and over those screens in the WCF
I’m fine giving up a wing defender to get a perimeter hound. This team routinely gets crushed by good Guards night in and night out.
