I think the value will come from the data. If you don’t have access to any meaningful data to upload then your GPTs won’t be as good as someone else’s. Especially when chat gpt already has acces to pretty much everything else available on the internet so you need some really unique data.
If you’re limited with budget, you need info products. Maybe access to a workout plan, or a community. Or maybe there’s a gym or spa in Scotland that you can partner with to offer a limited amount of day passes for the first 10 order etc. (They get foot traffic, you get eyeballs on your brand.) Whatever it is they have to be somewhat appealing.

You need to be marketing. At the very least on all social media, promoting on LinkedIn would be good too. Besides that maybe work on your seo. Are there any success stories/testimonials yet?
Notion could also replace Trello if done well but for me notion just isn’t visually aesthetic
