I know we tend to romanticize how far we’ve come as a club but it shouldn’t be at the cost of facts. The players not good enough from that is Ospina, Mustafi, that version of Xhaka and maybe arguably Walcott.

The others were all very good players. It could be argued that Giroud was frustrating but certainly not awful or anything.
