It’s also quite silly. You already have a VPN, just pirate the thing instead of paying anything.

Lemmy.ca is a non-NSFW instance, so it’s possible that the entire community is blocked there.
There is nothing average about it. It’s a disgusting and vile brutalisation of the legacy of a great author.
It has posts. Not super active, but the last is from 4 days ago.
Rings of Power.
You’re technicall still using the company’s resources (it costs some energy to run the empty train), so I still don’t think it really compares to piracy.
But since they are miniscule compared to what they are wasting by running largley empty trains I think it’s morally ok in that case.
Get a physical copy that doesn’t require internet activation then, assholes.
Just a little bit closer, you’re almost getting the point!
In that case you’re actually using a limited resource: space on a train. And by occupying it you’re preventing someone else from using it (assuming a full train). Copying media doesn’t cost any resources (ignoring the tiny amounts of electricity) or interfere with anyone else’s ability to use that resource.
They don’t compare.
“Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.”
impossible to clean out
Really? How about gently blowing into it?
Also, do you keep sand in your pocket? Like, just how?
I have a phone that is almost 4 years old and had USB-C only laptops since 2014. Not once did I have a problem with dust or let alone any kind of failure of an USB-C port. This is just absurd.
I’ve had 3 USB C port failures in 3 years
Then you must be doing something seriously wrong. Are you jamming scissors in here?
I can’t wait for Microsoft to take over.
Because they are populated by some of the dumbest people on the planet.
You should only mix them during a waxing cresent, otherwise stick to just one. Also you should avoid eggs on tuesday and wednesday unless it’s still before the 10th of the month except in August, there it doesn’t matter.
On planet America.
That is indeed very wrong. With extracing Uranium from sea water and recycing fuel in breeder reacots, this goes up to like 90.000 years. And that’s just Uranium, other fuels can be explored.
And the feddit.de misinformation brigade has arrived.
But we could have worked on these issues for years by now. Abandoning the entire industry also lead to slowdown in research and inovation in the field. Of course now we’re hopelessly behind.
I guess it would be rather impracticle to make a UK version with 0118 999 881 999 119 7253.
