I use Syncthing and Organice, which works nicely together. I think I just gave Organice access to a single folder in Android.

Note that if you want to copy (image path or image contents) and paste, you need to use yank-media on the emacs side, otherwise it just pastes the latest copied text.

(But drag and drop will just do what you mean.)

Very happy with Fastmail and mbsync (and notmuch+gnus, but mu4e is probably great too). I’ve never tried sending from a masked email address, I just use those for e.g. shopping accounts. But it’s easy to send from an alias, just change the From: header :)

Mine is just the default nil. I don’t use any of the packages. But I prefer magit to be fullscreen and to restore back to where I was on quit:
