it’s on discover store if I recall right
I second this. using xbplay for months now and it’s been great. tons of features vs using browser. faster, more reliable, better looking. developer is very responsive if ppl have any issue
xbplay is what I use. It had tons of advantages over using edge. check it. cost me 6eur (one time keep forever purchase) and the roi is great
yes, yes and yes!
(I know that’s not too informative, but I too wondered if the steamdeck is worth it and this is my conclusion after 8months)
it is 6. 6E sounds neat in theory, but for the significant price premium it doesnt make sense where I live with thick walls as the 6ghz band is bad at at those. I found wifi 6 mesh the sweat spot
deck screen res looks great at 800p. coming from someone using iphone 14, macbook pro16 max and lg c1 oled tv daily. dont worry. where it falls behind the devices I mentioned is it’s color reproduction, contrast, backlight bleed. it is bad imo on the lcd model. if you get oled version, nothing to worry about.
performance isnt as z1 extreme unless you stay at or below 15 tpd where they are more or less on par. z1 non-extreme is generally considered not good enough and avoid if possible. handhelds arent raw power only. you want performance of z1 extreme at 25tpd? be ready to be plucked to power almost all the time. is that still handheld then? not for me
I am getting mesh system, TP Link Deco X20 two pack. Already delivered, just to install now. I had a fairly good router, but the location was an issue as it was far and if I both played via moonlight and watched football on projector via wifi I felt it wasnt enough.
I am starting to suspect the whole Europe ‘packaged on 16th, no change since’ team’s decks are in transit, but not updated status. is that just wishful thinking? 🤞
stReam deck you ask? well, any game streamed from xbox / ps / pc is great on the stReam deck, I can only recommend that as that is how I play 90% of my games. saves battery life, gives better graphics quality. but a good stable wifi is needed and quick resume isn’t your friend. trade off
no, obviously it shouldnt. I’d try reinstall, maybe bios too. contact steam support. I doubt it is a HW issue and you save yourself the hassle of RMA
if you ask how to transfer the soul of your steamdeck to the new body, so when it wakes up in oled it basically is the same as before and good to go, the best bet is something like clonezilla. but there will be detailed guides, dont worry. many are waiting for them. those oleds just need to be delivered
exactly
spanish army invading?
if I’m lazy, I pick up steamdeck. literally my go to laziness device
there is lots of these, guys https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/s/AyTGbpjlC1
I’m sure some good guide will pop up before our oleds arrive either here or yt
that some new pay to win game you have there?
the main tsunami of purchases is over now. valve obviously have enough stock as no model is out of stock yet. they are also manufacturing new as we speak and can use the demand to estimate what will be needed.
tldr: chances are very high, it would be a surprise if there was a shortage
check video from taki udon, he did the swap on screen and it worked np
yeah, it took me few attempts to find this out myself
