    If you have enough metal and time, learn to weld. If you have enough money, find the best welder friend you have and ask what they can do. I dont think this is too unrealistic of a repair. Just keep in mind that it’s probably got a lot worse rust in some spots, and it would be a good idea to tackle it all at once. If this is your project car, strip her down and see how bad the rust really is. If it passes the screwdriver test for about 85% of the car, I would say it’s worth saving. Keep a repair log and mark down everything else you find.
