I had a tire pressure warning come up on screen during the drive yesterday but the on board computer said I can resume the drive as the car is equipped with run-flat tires.

Well, it turns out that these Pirelli tires are not run flats and the pressure dropped quickly and below critical. The car has no spare tire, no tire-puncture fix solutions in place, no high-jack or even a pump included.

The car is the “Ultimate pack”… Does this sound normal?

Bought the car new from BMW.

What if you have the M40i? Does that count since it’s not a full M?

Not a full M is just not an M.

It’s M-sport which is just a fancy looks package BMW uses to make the car appear more premium.

The distinction for say the M340 is they have this package by default and so call them all M340 and so on, but effectively they are just slightly upbadged regular BMWs with a bigger engine so BMW can charge you more.

This sounds like a reasonable answer. The “if” bit I might have missed out on
