Who is Cryptbloom for? Teammate healing after takedown and the %magic pen make this item seem incredibly split in users. I can’t think of any champion who wants this unless its essentially someone trying to become AP Fiora.

Hollow Radiance, Titanic Hydra, Riftmaker, and Liandry are all items I’m excited for, really not sure about the mage mana options though since Mythic Liandry was my far the most usable default option.
