I don’t understand why draft pick/ranked are unavailable on PBE. How is Riot supposed to know what to balance without ban data? Matchmaking is also not balanced without a ranking system.

PBE is for marketing and testing, its not a competitive server. Allowing people to ban the new champ on PBE just is pointless.
