    Legacy auto strategy:

    1. claim EVs can’t make viable cars
    2. When proven wrong, claim it’s only a niche product for the rich
    3. When proven wrong, say they’re not profitable
    4. When proven it can be, produce EVs that still lack compared to your ICE vehicles, keep prices high and make sure NOT to invest in charging
    5. When sales falter as people realize they do need a charging network and interest rise, claim it’s because customer demand is faltering.
