Quite honestly I can’t stand only a few books that I’ve read, recently The Awakening by Nora Roberts.
Holy crap, do I reallllyyyyy want my money back. I was bored. So. Bored. The magic system was subpar, the characters just….ew, everything was so, so boring. The MC is an idiot.
What book is a zero star read for you?
I feel really bad about this but I was really excited to read Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin, this was in 2009 and I did, but I hated it for some reason. I don’t really have the energy/interest to re-read it currently and it might make more sense in my 40s rather than when I was in my 20s…idk I would give it a 1 at best. But Gretchen does get a 10/10 for being a cool rad human. I feel bad giving her book such a low rating.
