I’ve been shopping in Liverpool on a Saturday a few years ago after a 3pm kickoff and the town was lary as fuck after. I mean Liverpool can get pretty lively anyway on a Saturday night, couple that with a later ko I simply don’t think the police have the numbers. Just a hunch.
