Anyone have a clip from last night’s game where Jim Pete is talking about how we should appreciate this season/the players we have ATM? I can’t clip off of NBA Season Pass stream. Like 8 min left in the 4th.
He talks about how nothing is guaranteed to last in the NBA and we should enjoy the season our team is having and individual players like Mike Conley.
At one point he says “this Wolves team can win the championship” and the certainty that he had when he said it really hit home to me. Never had a team/season where we could say that with any credibility.
Jim stepping up to say “This team can win an NBA championship” had the same vibes as getting the courage to say “I love you” to your girlfriend for the first time.
