Car Didn’t Start this morning

2012 Nissan Rogues SE; battery age unknown

I went to go to work this morning and the car didn’t crank; all lights came on as normal. My dad helped me and said he sounded like the engine wasn’t getting fuel at first. We jumped it and after a couple minutes it cranked; went to work (about a 45 minute drive) and it drove fine and I didn’t feel any losses of power or anything noticeable. I have recranked the car a few times now with no problem. AM radio did not make a whine when I revved the engine. Now what’s weird, is I never leave the lights or anything on in my car. Why would the battery die and/or the car not crank? It was high 40s here this morning in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. It just has me really anxious.
