Has anyone noticed when you feel like choosing a different guide , looking for a choice of becoming a core or support build on certain heroes?

Some guides never load up. Its stuck on a torte de lini guides and nothing else!

Uninstalling the game and verified my system files but they never work. Is this an issue on Valve servers?

As of now its November 2023. Old posts similar to the issue cant fix the problem.
