I like indie games, but I don’t like the whole “AAA games are bad, indies are good” idea. There are many horrible made indie games on Steam and 2023 has many good AAA games for now. To be honest, 2023 was poor for good indie releases.

I spended time on piracy subreddits because I live in 3rd world country with shitty currency and I’m kinda dissapointed how nobody cracks Denuvo for now. But I’m more dissappinted with people coping in piracy subreddits with “Why we need to pirate AAA games if they are shit now?” So, I should to pirate indie games? Okay, I always doing it, but will it make me refuse to get Lies of P? Of course, not. To be honest, if I had free money, I woudl like to support indie developers.

I don’t understand indie gaming fanboys, especially when they are still playing AAA games and don’t give a fuck about niche indie titles. I currently enjoying Lunacid, a King’s Field inspired indie game, and it was amazing.

The Redditor hater has logged on.

It’s because all redditors are insufferable pricks with “contrarian” written on their forehead. Most of them buy call of duty every single year and then turn around and talk about how much they hate mass produced AAA shite. For the record, Indie games ARE largely better for one simple reason - they’re mostly made by passionate people who want to create a great game. Most AAA games are made by passionate shareholders who want to create a cash cow.
