I’ve never had a pair of vans before and I wanna ask my brothers for some for Christmas. I’m online looking at some classic slip-ons trying to figure out which size I should tell them to get. I want to get wide fit. I got a ruler to measure the length of my feet and they’re 21 cm. I entered it into the shoe size guide and it told me that I need to get kids size 3!! I usually wear women’s size 7.5-8 in other shoes. I could just go to the mall to try some on I guess to be sure lol

So, 24 cms it is then? I’m still interested in what brands and sizing you wear? I think it’s deciding between wmns 7 or 7.5 (5.5 or 6 men’s) for Vans for you. So if you can try on those sizes that should help you decide.

I have a pair of converse in a size 7W, they’re comfortable but if I wear them for a while my toes do start to feel a little squeezed so I should probably be in a 7.5 or maybe even an 8. I went to a running shoe store in the spring to get walking/running shoes and the guy used one of those sizing things to measure my feet and he put me in a size 9! I don’t know if you size up a little bit when looking for running shoes so that you have more room for your toes to move around or what haha those are sauconys

Go to a store and try on all the Vans starting at wmns 7/5.5 men’s and upwards. I guess you can stop when you can put your feet in there twice lol. I really have no experience with Saucony sadly. But I do hear people going for a bigger size for running shoes. I have a pair of Adidas Climaboost I bought too big, I went up 1,5 size (cause they were real cheap and I hate spending on running shoes as I hardly use them) when I do use them it’s with 2 pairs of socks…but the 0.5 size up would probably have been perfect. For Converse I’m a men’s/kids size US 3, which translates to a size US 4 in Vans for me. In US size I go up in sizing, but in EU size they’re both size 35.
