I was at the Clippers game with some friends last night and it was a tough game to stomach. No rhythm, energy or camaraderie. We started talking about the team and how we could be better roster moves aside.
The 3 things we decided we need were more set plays and less iso, develop our young players and bring tons of energy.
All of these are coaching duties. We started asking what Kidd brings to the table and besides the players like him we were coming up short.
What are Kidd’s strengths? We all know his past in coaching. But what does he bring to the table? I mean this seriously and am looking for honest answers.
Thanks #MFFL
Hard coaches create strong players, strong players create good vibe coaches (because the hard coaches are hard to get along with and the star players kick them out), good vibe coaches create weak players, and weak players create hard coaches (by fact the weak coaches get fired for underperforming/undermotivated players)
Sound familiar?
