Hi! I will be going to Gillette Stadium for the first time ever this weekend for the game against the Chargers (this will be my second ever NFL game). I’ll be going to spend the day in Boston on Saturday, and leave back for Montreal straight after the game on Sunday.
Here are some questions I had, if any kind soul feels like helping me out:
-
Any must-do in the area of Boston? This will be my first time going there
-
I am planning on arriving at the stadium early and entering as soon as the doors open. I am guessing there isn’t much to do in the area beforehand?
-
Parking. I’ve read a bit and seen that the traffic after the game can be pretty hefty. If I do not mind walking and paying for parking, is there any place I could park my car that would allow me not to be stuck in traffic (or maybe skip a part of it)? Ain’t no way I’m leaving early just to skip it though, so if there’s no way to do so, I’ll guess I’ll just arrive home pretty late!
If anyone has any other useful info, that would be much appreciated!
Thank you in advance and to whoever who read until the end, have a great day!
I’m not sure how many pro football games you’ve been to in the past, but this one is likely to be somewhat unique. The Patriots don’t have a quarterback, so - if you’re a fan of punting- you’ll have a great time.
