this further fucks over Jarace Walker’s path to minutes but man we could use the size and defense Williams theoretically brings. he could fuck around and steal Toppin’s starting spot if he’s an improvement on defense/boards without being a total negative on offense but that’s TBD.
hot take but i think this Bulls front office probably believes in a slight retool more than a rebuild - they’re like the post-PG trade Pacers in my eyes. they need a PG like TJM
