Bill Belichick decided to keep Mac Jones under center for the New England Patriots' road game against the New York Giants, but sent Bailey Zappe in for the second half.
For Parker, 500 yards and 2 TDs of his 2020 season were from when Fitzpatrick was the qb. In 2021, Parker was on pace for 800 yards and 3 TDs. In 2022 with the pats, he was on Pace for 700 yards and 4 TDs. Not really that much of a difference considering he had waddle to take a lot of the attention away his last year with the dolphins. Jonnu Smith had one good year before the pats, and the Patriots tried using him completely different from how he was used on the Titans and currently on the Falcons. The pats used him as an inline TE running mostly traditional TE routes, whereas the Titans and Falcons use him in the slot and as a gadget type player, so surely that can’t have anything to do with it.
Jakobi was better with Jimmy G and AOC.
Oh you mean Jacoby Meyers is more productive when he’s lining up next to a top 3 WR? No shit…
Hunter Henry had the best year of his career with the Pats, does that mean Mac’s better than Justin Herbert? Bourne had by far the best year of his career here too, does that mean that Mac’s better than Jimmy G now?
This is such a dumb argument.
