It would be weird at first after working around the lack of them for so long but Mojang’s argument that their implementation would “limit the community’s creativity” makes no goddamn sense. If anything, arbitrarily refusing to add new things to keep the game fresh has seriously hindered Mojang’s creativity, it feels like they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel and we haven’t had a meaningful update since 1.16
