Not much to add to the title, I just hope we can dig ourselves out and get at least Santi and Luke Nukem back healthy and shooting.

It’s really about expectations.
It’s a long season. We’re beset by injuries and lacking our go-to, can-take-over-a-game-and-will-us-to-victory superstar. It does suck but we can’t possibly expect this not to be a really challenging road where we lose games down the stretch because we don’t have a clutch player (no one else is ready yet… no on else is ready yet).
Ja would have taken over in the 4th quarter of all three of these games. He’s done it too many times for us not to know that. 22 games from now, games like these will be wins. Just have to shrug and take this one in stride. It would be different if we had a healthy team and were losing these games but that’s not the case. Sure, the season has begun; it doesn’t wait until Ja comes off suspension. But that element of “a guy who makes something out of nothing” that propels teams to victory? That’s not going to be a part of the formula for a while and it’s tough to win certain gams without it.
Bruh it’s the Wizards. You can make this excuse when we play Denver and even New Orleans, but we just got embarrassed by the worst team in the league.
