I just hit immortal strictly spamming 5 undying and tree. Even though I’ve been winning a lot and the climb isn’t slowing yet I feel like I’m only an immortal undying player and if I had to play other heroes or roles I would probably drop down. I think I can play the 4 not too bad and I used to play 3 so I’m okay at that. I feel like my 1/2 play is pretty bad. Maybe ancient level at best. Is it normal to have a huge difference in skill between your main role/heroes and others? I’d like to learn the other roles and be more flexible in what I play but I would probably get stomped and reported if I tried.
I’m wondering if this is normal and what mmr difference do you have in your main role vs others?
I think it is normal to have like 1k gap between best and worst role. I am divine 1. I have played all the roles (mid the least). I think I understand the theory and good practice of all the roles and all the heroes. But to be able to properly excute it’s another thing… That is just hours of practice of that theory until muscle memory and edge cases happen a lot.
