It’s a potential hot take, but hear me out: It all hinges on whether the Bills make the playoffs. If they do, he will stay 100%, but if not, people will ask him to be fired, which I don’t think will happen. The Bills have become a relevant and constant playoff team/talking point for the media since he has come, which means more money for everyone. He cleaned up an awful mess of a franchise and should be hailed for that alone.

Instead, the Bills will likely pay big money for a high-end offensive coordinator, and they may take away offence play calls from him. We’re a small market team and not a “fun” free-agent destination for players or coaches. The owners will likely get cold feet and keep him for at least one more season. Pray things get better. That or you gonna see him #1 on those hot seat lists before next season

    They will eventually part ways. But i’m willing to bet it will be a year(or several) to late. Might be 25’ maybe 27’ ? Whenever it is most will agree “ we should have just let him go in ‘24
