If they do, he will stay 100%, but if not, people will ask him to be fired, which I don’t think will happen. The Bills have become a relevant and constant playoff team/talking point for the media since he has come, which means more money for everyone. He cleaned up an awful mess of a franchise and should be hailed for that alone.

Instead, the Bills will likely pay big money for a high-end offensive coordinator, and they may take away offence play calls from him.
