Anyone else see this or know what could be causing it? When the screen is black, the game looks like it’s not an oled panel, and there is a a subtle grainy texture over it, and it looks slightly back-lit. So much so that I thought “grain” was an option in the games display menu and I went to turn it off.
Playing on my pc screen (also oled) the blacks are nice and crisp and there is no grainy effect on them.
Probably raised gamma on steam deck plus the crappy oled screen from Samsung. I’m waiting for my 512GB oled deck and I’m already disappointed looking at pictures of those screens from other users. I’m a sucker for display tech and even small imperfections put me off. Last oled tv I bought as my monitor I replaced 3 times.
It’s only happening on this game. The screen is not crappy at all, it looks amazing in every other game and there is no graininess.
