Hey Deckers,
Had the originally had the base steam deck model 256gb. It worked fine with the official dock.
Got the OLED two days ago (the dock did a firmware update) and now it doesn’t project to my monitor. It still charges but thats it.
I tried:
Switching the power source.
switching the hdmi cord.
I put a ticket in with steam like 2 days ago and haven’t heard anything.
posted in the steam deck discord and got ignored.
Any ideas?
Yes. And it charges fine. It just doesn’t go to the Monitor.
Do you have a newer laptop or android phone you can plug into the dock while its plugged into the tv?
