In the case that a Qualifier Period or Invitation Period falls during a transfer window, the rule that allows for a team’s slot in a Tournament to be waived in case of significant roster change will be suspended.

● The one month immediately following The International Grand Finals
● The two week period either side of the Lunar New Year celebrations in China (for 2024, 3rd-17th February)
