    6.1.3 Transfer Windows

    In the case that a Qualifier Period or Invitation Period falls during a transfer window, the rule that allows for a team’s slot in a Tournament to be waived in case of significant roster change will be suspended.

    Currently, the transfer windows are:
    ● The one month immediately following The International Grand Finals
    ● The two week period either side of the Lunar New Year celebrations in China (for 2024, 3rd-17th February)

    Azure Ray announced roster change on November 28, TI grand finals is October 29 (Azure Ray might even have informed ESL earlier)

    AR and XG already wrong, the one rumor from cn platform that got both LGD and AR roster right also said that XG wanted to loan Ame from LGD but the price is just too high, Faith_bian did wanted to comeback but couldn’t reach a deal

    in the end, rumors are rumors
