What will it be? More coordinator changes? More injury excuses? More platitudes? With an extremely favorable schedule and two starting QB’s in the division knocked out, this team will still post a mediocre record, impress no one in any phase of the game, with the lone exception of edge rushers, and make no noise in the playoffs. Speak up Tomlin truthers. Why should he be given yet another chance to run this back?
Can’t develop an offensive scheme. Can’t in-game adjust. Minimum one game a season, usually more, the team is mentally unprepared and beats itself against a weak opponent.
I appreciate the organizational stability and loyalty but how many more years will be wasted? This is not a roster bereft of talent. In fact the talent probably makes up for the shortfall at coaching and keeps the team competitive.
How much longer can The Standard be just remaining mathematically alive in December? This team has not be in striking distance of being a championship contender for at least four years.
Tomlin doesn’t have enough hardware to deserve a lifetime job. Enough is enough.
