We have the Love Lovers, who thought Rodgers was holding back LaFleur’s scheme and we would somehow be better this year than we were last year, with a HoF QB. We are still paying that guy 40m in cap this year.
We also have some Rodgers loyalists who predicted we’d burn to the ground when he left. Swore up and down Jordan Love is and will never be the guy. I think they mostly predicted a 0-6 win season.
Finally we have fans of the Packers. I think we all predicted an inconsistent, up and down, season for evaluation. I was ready for 4 to 7 wins season, but thinking that may now even of been slightly optimistic. I was at least hopeful the young roster would get better through the year. This has felt awkward as we seemed to start hot and then have been digressing.
We can’t forget what we are still paying #12 and #69 a lot of money to contribute nothing to this offense right now.
