If the last regular season game in the NFL is January 8 ish? Does that mean if we fire Ron, Del Rio, figure out what to do with EB, re hire a new HC, New DC, New GM all within that week, it would give us around 3 and a half months till the draft, would they all have time to implement a sound draft plan in that time? And that’s if we get all that done right after the season ends. Some of those positions might take a little more time to fill with coaches/ gm prospects waiting for other teams to call.
They already just hired an analyst who is probably our draft/cap expert. So as far as the draft I think we will have the plan already in place. I think closer to the end of the season we will get a new president in place. From there he will have a GM and front office put in place.
