You have opressive Laners like Leblanc and Teemo getting an auto attack buff, while Malzahar’s and Vlads are complete dogshit with less range.
You have Ori who is dominating pro play getting a buff, especially considering she actively constantly uses her auto attack
None of these 3 champs are particularly destroying solo Q or pro play right now so there should be 0 hesitance to “overbuff them”.
Viktor is the one I really don’t get, malz and vlad is whatever they are fine without atk speed rune, but viktor? Viktor could use a buff too
