Hello, I quit league 5 years ago and I’m only coming back now. Been back for about 3 months already and adjusted to the meta and changes so far, it’s worlds and a lot of people in the chat is typing “phreak season”, what technically is that?
Phreak is on the balance team beginning of this year, so people just hate on him for everything balance related.
Keep in mind he’s not responsible for every balance change on there.
