Title says it all, I’m an entrepreneur that works from home and I seem to not being able to follow a healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes I work all day without barely eating, some days it’s the opposite and I just feel lethargic. My sleep schedule is not great, and spending most of the day alone in the house isn’t great either.
Don’t get me wrong, I love doing what I’m doing, but I’m convinced that if I had a healthier lifestyle my productivity will improve by a lot.
So how do you manage all of that ? Would love to hear you experiences and advices.
Plan your day the night before!!
Know what you are eating and when, when you plan to exercise, what you will do on breaks ie. go for a walk around the block or sit outside and have a cuppa.
Then just get up and roll it on out.
Yeah I need to plan better my day better that’s for sure, and most importantly stick to my plans.
