It’s hard to know what is going wrong, when you just say she ‘sucks’ and ‘everything she touches turns to shit’.
Pair her up with someone who sees her potential and can make the most of her qualities (everyone has strengths).
I don’t think you are the person to do this, given your assessment of her and her work.
Just ask her. I have mentored people simply because I enjoy it, no strings attached.
She either has an interest or she doesn’t. It also doesn’t have to be ongoing.
Ask if she’s be interested in a one-off mentoring session over a coffee (your shout).
Make your company an ethical startup. Put a % of your profits towards social issues/ speciality education. It can be part of your brand or separate from your business. Do your passion projects as you go, don’t wait until ‘after’ because life is too short to wait.

Honestly, thrilled for you! People bang on about money, and yes it’s important. But there is also real joy in getting stuff out in the world and seeing how people respond. Try your app with more test users, it will spur you on.
I chose to be an entrepreneur instead of having kids. Both take massive amounts of time and effort, it really depends on your priorities and disposition.
For me, being an entrepreneur won out :) For you, it sounds like having kids did :)
It’s not a feel good answer, I worked in corporate business development, market research and marketing for 25 years. My job was to ensure that new businesses, products and services launched successfully.
I would focus on creating an experience that is fantastic for your customers! They’re the ones paying you. If they are your competitors audience, then so be it, but I wouldn’t go after them specifically.
