As a Lions fan, the bite on the play action was inexcusable. Herbert is no where near giving that ball away. Anzalone and Branch both bit. You can see at 0:07 that Ekeler runs off and Branch and Anzalone both go after him.
Good coaching would have told either one of them to cover the RB and one to cement in the middle, most likely Anzalone. I love goodwill Thor, but my God he’s got to trust others with their assignments and stick to his.
