Would be unusual to fire a coach after just one year, but this season has been so pitiful that I just might do it. The team needs a new GM and head coach, and none of this BS about having a bunch of senior advisor coaches who are past their prime.
Convince Luuuuke to join the staff as an assistant or top linebacker coach or something. Try to keep McCown as QB coach so Bryce has some continuity. See if the Lions would trade for Jameson Williams to give Bryce a familiar person to throw to.
Don’t trade Brian Burns. Spend some of Tepper’s billions in free agency to bring in some talent on the O line. Make it the highest paid o line ever for all I care.
In the draft this year, focus on high floor guys who can compliment Bryce and take a flyer on a high upside corner.
Hire a head coach who can create a system that works well with Bryce’s skill set. As much as I like Wilks, it’s gotta be an offensive guy. Maybe Eric Bienemy??
