If we get a GM and if Ron is fired at the end of the season, isn’t much of his staff going with him? If EB is not the head coach wouldn’t a new coach want to bring in his own guys and that includes OC if he’s not calling Offense himself.
Also would a new coach bring in a Defense coordinator he trust? or would that be up to the team to pick one?
Whether or not you wanna believe Howell had this talent and ability before EB, people around NFL circles are going to attribute some of Howell’s success to EB. He’s also been improving as a play caller alongside Sam.
