When you watch them before minions spawn, and they are waiting, they just twitch around like warming the reflexes or something. But when they go left to right really fast, how are they doing this? The only way I know how is clicking left to right on either side of your champ, but the dexterity involved to do it that fast seems extreme and unreachable.

How are they moving back and forth so fast?
