To be fair for this article, it’s asking if Texas A&M will make a run at him. They’d be stupid not to at least ask him if he’s interested. Of course there’s not a chance in hell I think he would take the job but it’s his alma mater so I would expect him to answer the phone and wait at least 5-10 seconds before telling them no.
NFL coaches that are currently having success do not go to college in all but the most extreme of circumstances. Texas A&M is not one of the top 3-5 most prestigious jobs in college (or even close for that matter) so really there’s not a chance in hell because even if he likes the idea it’s not like college jobs aren’t going to open up all the time.
