So yeah… ordered a 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256gb a few weeks ago, my parcel was delivered a few days ago and lo and behold inside is a brand new 14 Pro Max 1TB.
Has anyone else experienced this? I contacted support a few days ago and they seemed pretty useless. An ‘investigation’ has been opened but no mention of returning the 14 and me getting the device I actually ordered…
There’s a big difference between $ and £. And in Canada where I’m from a 128gb 14 pro is going for 1100$ used so I have no idea where you are getting a 1TB pro max for less then that
