While I agree with some of the points about the ping system that the community has brought up before, harassing Rioters and others has been happening for so long and has been so severe, that i understand why phreak has come to this decision.

    While it was stupid, I can clearly imagine the scenario he had in mind when he said that. The majority of times where I want Karthus to ult is when the enemy has escaped and disengaged with low health. At that point, you’re not in the middle of combat and it takes 1/2 seconds to type out “karthus ult.” In that scenario, it makes perfect sense, but when the league community heard it, they had an entirely different scenario in mind.
