The final Valkyrie from GoW Ragnarok and the duo Oggdo Bogdo from Jedi Survivor come to mind. But I can’t think of many more and I certainly can’t think of a challenge that’s not a boss fight. Is there anything similar to Path of Pain from Hollow Knight or Farewell from Celeste?
I wouldn’t say GoW is an easy game outright. But compared to games where difficulty is a big part like Souls games, Hollow Knight, Celeste etc it is a much easier game.
