This sounds like a terrible idea. It’s already hard to get the leg up sometimes, but a constant battering will just be awful and confusing. Especially in a Free To Play environment.
As others said, all speed characters like Ball/Doom/Lucio will have a field day with this. If it’s true, I’m not looking forward to it. Stagger will be 10x worse.
