he came in and provided quality defense and a rebounding presence. which allowed the mavericks to get some stops at the end of the game. grant gives them a reliable 3 point threat and defender too, dallas is not an elite defense but they have enough guys who can get some stops.
I was with camp start him no matter what, but dude looks way, way, way better than I thought he would. Now…it’s been 1 game vs a team who’s really kinda soft inside. I’m looking forward to Nov 3rd vs Jokic. If he can hang in that matchup he’ll be in ROY talks.
